No, you have access to ALL features during your trial period. There are no limits as far as usage, users, data, or storage.
We offer discounted pricing based on number of employees in agencies 500 employees and larger on the following scale.
500-1500 employees = $2.75 /user/mo
1501-2500 employees = $2.25 /user/mo
2501-5000 employees = $2.00 /user/mo
5000+ employees = $1.80 /user/mo
Unlike other services you may be used to, we do not charge extra for storage. The base price of $2 per user per month includes unlimited storage.
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) or electronic check (ACH). If you sign up for the Annual Plan we can invoice you annually.
Yes, say you just had an academy class graduate and are adding 5 new employees. Not a problem, seats can be added at any time and we will make a one-time prorated charge to your billing method. If you are on a monthly plan, the next full billing cycle will reflect the new adjusted monthly amount.
If you need to remove seats you can do so and your account will be credited the prorated amount already paid for the seats removed. Any future billings will first deduct from any available credits.
Yes. Upon cancellation, your Evertel account will be credited with any unused time already paid for. Credit will be applied first to any future billing.
