Add people to a Room

Who can use this feature?
Room Managers and Executives can add people to Rooms

Rooms allow you to organize and compartmentalize your conversations in Evertel, so it’s important you have the right people in them. To add someone to a Room, they must be a verified member of your Agency.

Add people to a Room

Desktop

  1. Open the Room you want to add someone to.
  2. In the right sidebar, click the “Members” tab to open Members panel
  3. Next to “Members” click the (+) plus icon
  4. Type in the name of the person you want to add
  5. Select them in the search results list and they are added as a member in the Room

Note: Managers and Executives can also create Rooms that all new verified members in a Department will automatically be added to.
