Your position/title/rank in Evertel is tied to your agency profile and is unique to each agency you may belong to. So, you can have different positions or ranks in each agency.
How to change your position:

- Once logged into Evertel click on your name/profile picture in the top right of the screen and select My Agencies
- On the My Agencies screen, click on the edit link next to the position in the agency you would like to change
- Select your position and click Save
Mobile
- Once logged into the Evertel app, tap on the 3-bar icon in the top left to open your drawer
- Tap on Settings at the bottom of the drawer
- Tap on Manage My Agencies
- Tap on the agency you would like to change your position within
- Select your position and tap Save in the top right
Are you a Guest of an agency, or need to update a Guest's postion?
You will need to be an Executive or Management role of an agency to submit this change. Follow the steps below...
How to change a Guest's position:
If a guest does not have a primary agency they cannot change their position or assignment. This requires that agency’s Executive or Management role to make the changes.
The steps are below:

- Once logged into Evertel click on the Settings (gear) icon in top left of the screen & select Manage Users.
- On the Manage Users screen, click on the guest you would like to make changes.
- Click Edit next to the Position and type the new information before clicking Save.
